Please refer to your original product description, or your sales representative communications to determine whether your item qualifies for a return. Please return all products with a copy of its original invoice. Any packages returning without an invoice or invoice number indication will not be considered for replacement or reimbursement. Your invoice number acts as your RMA.

Unwanted Parts:
Unwanted parts are those returned because of customer mistake. Research of all products is expected to be done by the customer in order to ensure compatibility and usage terms. Items returned for lack of research/understanding of the product, or a change in circumstance and need, are at the fault of the buyer. Due to constant market value changes, and the administrative costs associated with receiving the product back into our system, we will be charging a 15% re-stocking fee on Unwanted Part returns. Refunds will be given less the original shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee. If you have questions about this policy, please email us.
